We believe that our responsibilities extend beyond our firm and our clients. One of the greatest concerns facing our communities is the growing gap between those with access to opportunity and those without. Through our latest Access Your Potential commitment, we are helping build a more equitable future for Black and Latino/Hispanic college students.
To help address the opportunity and employment gap, we’ve committed $125M to support a more equitable future for 25,000 Black and Latino/Hispanic college students to prepare for and begin their careers. Focusing on students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions and community colleges, we’re providing access to high-demand digital and career readiness training and upskilling, mentorship, and pathways towards the start of their careers. We aspire to attract at least 10,000 students to seek opportunities at PwC and support additional pathways for 15,000 students to build (or seek) careers.
The Access Your Potential curriculum is enabled by ProEdge, a PwC product that provides an immersive learning path to digitally upskill students and bridge the gap between academic and technology competencies.

Providing free, interactive curriculum to teachers
Our Access Your Potential K-12 program offers a free, open-sourced curriculum to K-12 educators so they can teach their students about tech topics (including coding, computer programs and data analytics) and financial skills.
