The increasing use of and reliance on technology is permanently changing how organizations function and produce results. Increasingly, organizational cultures need to empower leaders to move fast, think strategically, and own accountability for moving forward in order to accomplish business results.
Carrie helps senior teams understand how to frame and understand systems of change and the related cultural traits and workforce behaviors that are integral to helping organizations shape their vision and execute on their strategy. Critical to success is Carrie’s ability to help leadership teams articulate how they will hold themselves and their teams accountable in order to thrive today and in the future. Carrie provides strategic and tactical advice as organizations develop their Workforce Strategy, drive Workforce Performance & Experience, and optimize the Workforce Environment.
Carrie is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She lives in Southern California with her 3 children and spends her weekends surfing, ocean swimming, and at many kids sporting activities.
